using different email accounts

I love the feature where i can get and even send email from
my old msn
and yahoo email accounts but alot of crap spam goes there
also. i was
wondering or making the suggestion to the people at google
or if anyone
out there knew how I could only recieve emails from these
old accounts
from people in my gmail contacts only thus killing the never
ending
spam that comes into those acounts.
