Firefox 2 bug?

I seem to be having an issue that is only happening in FF2.

My Gmail account loads fine. I can delete, mark as spam,
mark as read,
etc. However, when I attempt to view a folder (such as spam
to make
sure nothing in there is important), or when I try to open
an email,
nothing happens. This isn't a major issue as I generally
read my email
through Thunderbird, but checking to make sure my spam is
spam is now
impossible in FF, and I am loath to use IE, which,
strangely, doesn't
have any issues with Gmail.

I am running XP, fully up to date, with FF2. All of my
javascript and
everything is turned on and working.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Sounds like you have some sort of corruption or a conflict with an add-in. I am using Firefox 2 in XP (as well as on a Mac running OS X) and neither computer is having any problem reading Gmail.

You may want to try a clean FF profile.
