new and aproved gmail

So far gmail is working just fine. I used to have my
personalized
google homepage. Now I get the plain google page, have to
type in
gmail, then click on add gmail, sign in and then I get my
homepage
back, well, with every single gmail added. This happens
every time I
sign in to IE and start with the google page.
Not a big problem but very annoying and a new situation.
Any suggestions?

Firefox/Opera

dilly: Make sure that you are not deleting your
cookies when you close
your browser. That will keep Google from knowing who you are
until you
log in. Also, like Ryan said, make sure you check the
"remember me"
box.

dano: If you want to respond to questions, please
submit useful
responses. All of the browsers mentioned (IE, Firefox, and
Opera) allow
for cookies to be deleted when you close the browser. And
yes, I am a
Firefox user and have been since version 0.6.x.
