I have set up a pop account and have downloaded all my gmail to my
local PC as a backup. This brings all the mail recieved and sent so
far.

I have now changed the POP Settings to "Enable POP only for mail that
arrives from now on". To give me a sort of incremental backup.


However this only backs up the recieved emails.


How do I do an incremental backup of the sent emails?

    It should download your sent mail also. ; If you look in "All Mail", you should find mail that you sent. ;
