Importing OR Exporting Emails From One Gmail Account To Another G Mail Account On A Lu

This is explicitely not possible.  The closest solutions are
either
- to access both accounts with a dedicated Firfox
extension;
- to download your message through Pop, and send them with a
local 
batch.
