I Have A Question Please :}

I use Google desktop and I am just wondering why when I
search for
e-mails it tells me I have 90,000 e-mails when gmail claims
I only
have 2,500 of them in the "All Mail" folder.

All Google products (web search, gmail, desktop) use random
guesses at
total count, to return results before a complete count has
been
completed.  Often I find this count is way higher than the
real count,
occasionally it's smaller.  This is probably what you're
experiencing.
