Hello, I went to the google site to fill out a spam report.
This is
the URL I went to: h
ttps://services.google.com/inquiry/gmail_security2
I got it filled out and when I press the submit button it
gives me
this response in a dialog box:
Gmail doesn't recognize some of the characters you entered.
Please re-
enter your exact username (everything before gmail.com).
I have done this again and again. From reading the message
source of
this email it is clear the gmail address is spoofed and
another
numeric address at gmail is used. I also re-entered my
username and it
made no difference in the dialog box that pops up.
Does anyone know what to do to make this thing work? I
suspect that
gmail may do a member address check before the submission
is
permitted. The user name of the guy who sent it is clearly
spoofed.
I don't know what to do!
Thanks, SilverWhiskers
