Need Help with SRV records.

I need to enable chatting via federated services which
involves
creating SRV records. My domain is registered with Godaddy
and when
you look at the info that Google says to enter (here:
http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/an
swer.py?answer=34143&topic=10179)
it is very unclear about what values go into which boxes on
the SRV
record form at Godaddy.

I would be really grateful if anyone can provide some
clarity.
