Does anyone know of some way to "forward with original
headers" --
apart from using filters: I want to be able to read
individual
messages/conversations first and then forward, if I choose,
with the
original headers.
When Gmail forwards based on a filter rule, that is roughly
what
happens (the original headers are part of the forwarded
message, so
the from:, subject:, and other headers are displayed as in
the
original email); but when a user forwards individual
messages, the
subject:, from:, and other headers, are rewritten (so
arrival time is
changed, "fwd: " is prepended to subject, etc.).
Thanks!
