another trick they are using is adding letters or symbols to
the
subject, like splitting a word with "#" in it etc.
annoying!! ..I got
a lot of these lately.
I also seem to get a lot of adds for Viagra etc..
I have set up as many filters as I can as the subject line
is what
varies by lots, but the addresses are pretty similar, so I
cut back by
adding the addresses and sending those to trash and I spend
a moment
or so placing checks marks by what I know to be stupidity
and marking
them as spam. this I do each time I log on, which is several
times a
day. when you run a business online you live here this is
your
neighborhood. I do not use gmail for my business and am
extremely
careful giving out my gmail addy, but some sites I think
have
"harvesters" who can pick up on data. as I get as
many spams here as I
do on sites I have to sign up for stuff.
