Email not going through

The company that I work for hosts its own email. We do not
send any
spam or subscribe to any spam filters or blacklists.

Email from gmail.com will arrive successfully, but if the
recipient
tries to reply to the message it will time out and never get
delivered
back to gmail. Our server reports the error, the error
message is
always the same it says "Reporting-MTA: dns;ws-
fileserver.cfs.ccoptions.org

Is our domain being blocked by gmail's servers? TIA
