I don't know how Google displays the error as I am not using
POP or
forwarding with Gmail. What I wrote was not meant to be
offensive, but
to just state clearly that if something doesn't work three
times in a
row (or however many times Google tries before giving up),
it probably
won't work on the fourth try either. If Zack (Doc) is
correct, you
should be able to see if the mail checker is working through
the
history.
