Well..guess what, I can not contact them since they ask for

I do not remember it, it is sitting inside my mail box to which...I can not access....
Any suggestion?

Sounds like you're at a security question prompt, but never
set up a
security question.  This means your account is indeed
dormant, and you
can just let it age out.
