adding account / another email

This may be a silly question, but do you have POP enabled on the account you want to retrieve from? ; This is something that many people overlook when trying to set up POP.  Also, when you goto enable it, make sure you click Save Changes, or it will not be enabled.

If you do have POP enabled, try setting the mail server as smtp.gmail.com, not mail.gmail.com.&nbsp; I know that the help site says to use mail.gmail , but for some reason, that doesn't work when using GMail to GMail POP.
