How do I find mobile gmail on my phone?

I have a Motorola RAZR V3xx and I have downloaded and
installed the
mobile gmail java program.  It worked fine the first time I
used it
immediately after installing it.  Now I can't find the
program - even
in the games/apps folder as suggested in the FAQ for this
program.  If
I re-download and install it works, although it tells me
first that
the program is already installed on my phone.  All well and
good, but
I cannot find the application listed in a place where I
could just
click and start the program - I don't want to reinstall the
program
every time I want to use it!  Help!
