Hi,
Does anyone know of a way I can have the next couple of
items on my
calendar appear as Web clips?

With the new Yahoo having the calendar built into the mail
and the
next birthday or whatever appearing at the bottom of my mail
screen, I
was hoping to have the same in Gmail. I thought that I
could add the
RSS feed to my webclips, but no, it does not work. For one,
RSS feeds
do not appear even in a feed reader unless I make the
calendar public :
( Secondly, even after I make it public, when I paste the
lic=nk of
the RSS feed into the "Add Webclip" area, it
searches and says "Cannot
find" or something to that extent!

Will appreciate any help!

Cheers!

PS. I have shot a request to Gmail in that page they accept
requests ... just wanted to know if anyone here have
succeded where I
failed!

There are a few RSS feeds provided by the Calendar. Go to each calendar's settings and copy the private XML address. Go into Gmail and paste it into the "Search by topic or URL" box in the web clip settings and hit Search.
