How to upload Lotus Notes e-mails to Gmail?

Is this possible, and if so how would I do it?

I don't have a particularly large .nsf file, but having
uploaded all
my other mail to Gmail, it would be great to get this in
there too!

I'm sorry but I've looked and there is a lot of info on how
to forward
your entire email account to gMail but how do I only forward
current
email (ones i receive from now on). Or could some one give
me a link
to one of the other articles. I honestly just can't find
them.

I tried making a "Rule" that went as follows:


bubble "This rule is: On"

Specify Conditions
Create condition "all documents"
click "add"

Specify Actions
"Send Copy to" "full"
"to: <insert email address>"
click "add action"
click OK
