 I have had a rebuilt computer with NORTON installed. I am
unable to
open pics sent and attch also music sent  to my computer.
They are not
able to be opened. I have tried the settings that were
supoosed to
help. Have had no  success.
Can anyone help with settings and how to allow my browser or
to allow
Norton to open the mail attchs to be opned by me?? Do not
know what
the problem is other than emails
 I am recieving.
If this is the issue at hand or is there anything I have not
tried
that may help?? Thanks  Eileen

    I'm assuming you followed the advice at http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&;answer=8837

Other than that, I'd say dump Norton and get the Home edition of 
Avast! Anitvirus (my personal favorite). It's free, although registration is required after 90 days.
