Password not recognized

Hi All,

Anyone know how I can reset the pw when my secondary e-mail
is also
GMail, and I can't access it either?  I know I am using
correct pw, but
it will not let me sign in.  Have asked GMail for help, with
no reply.
I am missing out on necessary business e-mails, and have
been for
several days.
