Thank-you for just your thought, for your reply back to me,
I have
reported it to Gmail, more than once, with no reply back, at
all, & why
should one have to compose on Wordpad, & copy &
paste to Gmail, to be
sent? If the Drafting would work right.

p. s. I can copy & paste without any problems, but
still, one should
not have to do that.

I have always found that working in Wordpad or Word was the safest. Gmail with its drafts is better than most web mail. ; I can remember screaming and crying, after spending half an hour writing a long email response, only for web mail systems to loose it all.
The last time I checked Yahoo and Hotmail did not have an automatic save.

Hello Julie,
I also screamed & cried, & at times, I still
do, because even
when I click on save draft now, on Gmail, it still not save
it all.
So probably Wordpad, is best, & safe, but still
should not
have to do it that way. & Automatic Draft, never has
saved it all, but
at times it does, when I click on save draft now, saves all,
but not
always.
You are right, about Yahoo & Hotmail, not
having automatic
save.
Thank-you for your post here, it helps to know that I am
not the
only one, that is having trouble with drafts here, on Gmail.
