side bar technical problems

My side bar seems to be working fine as far as the news
clips etc. but
my email is stuck on Feb 2nd,  It has not changed, my
updated email
does not show in the side bar.

I was wondering what setting I am missing to get it to up
date so I can
view the current email.

Any one have an idea
