I am trying to wirelessly sync my Motorolla Q with my G-mail
account
but there are a few pieces of information that I need before
it I can
complete the task. What are: The Server name;Port; Type
(i.e. POP or
IMAP)? These may seem easy to others but I haven't been able
to find
this information. Please help.
Vincent.

what I
needed. I'm still looking for "Server name".

Server: pop.gmail.com, port: 995, type: pop. I realize that
the Google Help
pages may explain this a bit better than me, but hope they
help as starters
at least.

Thanks guys. The page that Ryan led me to did have the
information I
needed but I guess I didn't understand what I was reading. I
apologize
for my ignorance. However, even with all of this information
given to
me, my phone, for reasons unknown, still will not link up. I
have used
the info, I think, properly with no success! So, I have
given up. The
problem may be with my phone and I'll take it to the local
Verizon
store to speak to the technicians there. Unless there is
some other
remedy that you guys can figure, thanks again.
