Trouble in Gmail land

Recently a friend of mine had her account disabled.She has
tried to
contact gmail to find out why this has happened to her
account.Gmail
finally did tell her that it was for her protection that
they have
disabled her account.This will be my last post to this forum
because
gmail will do the same to me.I hope that this problem will
make the
users of gmail think that they could be next to be locked
out or
disabled.How can gmail be so mean?This goes beyond
nasty,this is just
mean.How would they like this to happen to them,how would
they
feel,would it make a difference?Gmail has become
heartless,cold and
ruthless in destroying the work of users that depend on
gmail.My
friend depended on gmail and they snuffed out everything
that she had
saved and wiped her slate clean.Be warned,,,THIS COULD
HAPPEN TO
YOU,AT ANY TIME,WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT,GAMIL COULD RUIN
YOUR LIFE...

I am surprised that I was allowed to log on to my gmail.Even
more
surprised that this post was allowed to be on this board.I
believe
that gmail has made a few mistakes,especially with my
friends
account,but they will not be honest about it.Hummmm are they
running
for a seat on the Senate?

Look, your Chicken Little act might be endearing to some
people, but I
find it just stupid.

My guess: your friend did something wrong and got punished.
That is
the case in 99% of the instances I'm aware of.

Also, how can Gmail ruin your life? It's not even meant for
general use yet.

Well, if you missed it in the title, this is a user's forum,
so we
couldn't do anything about your account.

Your post was allowed through by a moderator cause the
stated purpose
of this forum is "Talk about Gmail, good or bad."

Honestly, though, if you have such problems/concerns about
GMail, I'd
suggest you consider a different option.  There are
literally dozens
of options out there for e-mail; no one should be forced to
use one
for personal use that they are unhappy with.

I don't believe GMail could ruin my life.  If I lost my
e-mails and
access, I'd be very upset, but I certainly wouldn't feel my
entire
life was ruined.
