Trouble in Gmail land

I'm quite surprised by this. I've not heard of them failing
to reply.
You supply as much information as you have and they will
reply. Tell
them everything you know about the account, especially if
you think it
was compromised.

They did reply and it was to tell her that her account was
disabled,for her protection.Today she found out how to put
important
items on a cd,so this will not happen to her again.

I want to thank the members in this group for the response
they have
offered to my post.I did get upset about her account  being
locked and
then disabled,because I was the one trying to
"fix" the problem.It is
over now and I wanted to say that I am sorry for spouting
off at
gmail.So thank you.all.
