Messages run off my screen

I use Windows XP. Some incoming messages run off my screen.
I want to
be able to read the message without having to scroll to the
right to
get text and I want to print my emails in portrait. How do I
adjust
formatting for my incoming email? --Win

unfortunately that's an issue with the sender. most likely
it's a HTML
message.

i've come across the issue with a few emails sent from a
colleague.
what email program is the sender using?

They are using Outlook, but I will ask at our next meeting
how they
