Help with treo

I need help syncing GMail to my palm Treo 680.

Okay. I'm a cheap beggar. I don't want to pay the phone
company for
internet/network usage, so I'm *NOT* talking about the
Versamail app
on the handheld.... unless you can somehow get data to it
without
using it's network connection.

Any ideas?
