I have been searching for a way to contact Gmail and try to
get some
tech help, but there isn't any way to contact them. There
is no link
where I can have live chat like AOL, or a link where I can
send them
an emial, or even a toll free number where I can call and
get some
assistance. Talk about being left hanging out in
cyberspace!!! I
would expect that an organization such as Google would make
sure that
they could be contacted by someone with a techi issue with
their
system. GUESS NOT!!!! I must say, I am not impressed.

Click Help in your Gmail account (since you seem quite able
to sign in).

First off, expecting a company to give you live, on demand support for a FREE and BETA service is asking too much. ; Secondly, you didn't actually ask a question here. ; Based on the subject, I'm assuming you don't know how to print out your email? Assuming that this is your problem, did you try searching GMail's help? ; There is a link to it in the top right corner of the page next to Sign out. You can find a lot of answers there, or search for an answer. I did a search for "print" and came up with this. http://mail.google.com/support/bin/search.py?query=print&Action.Search=Search&type=f&lr=lang_en&ctx=en%3Asearchbox

I agree with Nick. ; You will RARELY if EVER get live help from Google unless you pay for one of their services. If you are not impressed, then go to hotmail, yahoo, or inbox.com. No one forces you to use this service OR to use this group for help especially when you don't even ask for help in your post. ; Please be considerate to users in this forum. We are users just like you and have problems too sometimes just like yours. If you are courteous to us you might get some help from someone who can help you. Think about it......

Yes, but doing all of those things you have kindly suggested
would
take time. Why look up something yourself when you can just
call AOL
and soemone will tell you how to walk and chew gum at the
same time.

Well folks, sometimes patience is a virtue. Again, if you don't like it, go elsewhere and don't waste my time and other group members9; time if you don't want our help.

That's quite possibly the worst attitude ever.

Gmail is entirely free, they have no obligation to help you. AOL has tech support people because their users are paying to be able to access the web. Gmail makes up for it though by having a very dedicated crowd of users who love it enough to sacrifice their time to help others. Their time is just as important as yours. If you aren't mature enough to hold up your end of the deal by doing just one search on the tons of help pages Google has produced, no one here will baby you.

I know how to print out my emails, I have done it many times
in the
past. However, now the site will not let me print out my
emails, no
matter how I try. I am not a computer guru and do not know
what the
problem could be. I was hoping that I could get someone to
assist me,
but have been unable to do so. If you have a suggestion, I
am all
ears (or eyes in this case).
Thank-you.
