I believe (don't use it myself) that Yahoo Plus supports
POP, so you
can set your Yahoo account up to let you POP all your mail,
and then
set your GMail to "retrieve" from Yahoo.
You will lose your folders since Folder/Label properties is
not
something built into the POP protocol, but that's a problem
you'll
always face in moving from one provider to another.
