Export Selected Contacts

Is there any way to export only selected contacts?  I have
various
contact groups (family, work, etc.) and would like to export
only
specified groups to various Outlook contact folders to
create a
printable list.  Alternately, is there an elegant way to
print a
usable list directly from my gmail contacts?
