cannot login

I am using Outlook Express and everyt i go to retriever my messages it
asks for my login details. i type this in and press enter this screen
then goes away and then comes back again, no matter how many times i
do it it keeps coming back and not logging me in. im entering the
correct information so it cant be that but was hoping if someone new
