Downloading Picasa2 in English.

The original PICASA software was loading into my laptop as
an extra
when I purchased the laptop one year ago here in Thailand
and it was
in English! Just a few days ago I was 'invited' to download
PICASA2,
the request was in ENGLISH and so I downloaded, now when I
try and
access PICASA2 all the pictures in the various folders are
there but
all the commands are in THAI. I have tried downloading many
times from
different sources, always the instructions are in English
but
everytime when it starts up it comes with the THAi
programme. I have
removed each time the programme so there should be nothing
on my drive
to detect an earlier attempt to download.

Now if this is not the correct Group to assist can you
please advise
where I should go next! It is all very very frustrating!

How do I change the language in Picasa?

Oddly enough the main page <http://google.picasa.com

Picasa2 is available in English only, yet the help pages
indicate 2.7
has the other languages added in, with Thai being added Oct

Hi Zac.

Please forgive me for coming back to the problem of Picasa2
refusing
to load in English. I have waited for three weeks for a
reply but
sadly none has been forth coming.

This must be a very serious problem to those like me trying
to use
Picasa and I am on the point of giving up and going back to
Adobe.

Surely you must know how to make Google aware of this and
how I can fix it.
