Re: LONG DELAY WHEN RECEIVING AN EMAIL

hi i have the same problem but my delay with the gmail
account is
about 1 whole day. so i basically get the email some one
sends today,
the day after. is there anyway to fix this.  it was never a
problem
before, just recently over the past couple months i have had
this
problem.
