Help!!

Whenever I try to access anything related to gmail
(including this
user group) on my laptop, I get a page full of random
symbols. The
google search engine is not a problem. Other websites are
not a
problem either. Any help you can give me would be most
appreciated! PS
I am using a wireless network, if this has anything to do
with it.
