Suggestion: Add Label to Compose message window

Is this the place to put a suggestion for Gmail?  If not,
then let me
know and I will put it elsewhere.

SUGGESTION:
Compose Message window should have a Label drop down.  When
I write a
message to someone, I would like to add the label to it at
that time.

Currently the workaround is to take many steps to achieve
the same
thing.  It should be right there on the top line of a new
message like
it is on all the other reader messages.

This is a inconvenience and should be fairly easy to
implement.

Can I get an "Amen!" brothers and sisters!
