Hi Folks,
One thing that I think would be very cool is a page of my
personal
Favorites added into Gmail.
Perhaps this is already possible, but I would like this
because I am on
various computers and want to take my Favorites URL folder
with me, so
to speak.
I do this now by having a permanant Draft called
"Favorites", but
that's not really as convenient as it should be.
Any suggestions?

I use this Greasemonkey script:
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/3819
It adds a new box under Contacts and displays your google bookmarks that you have labeled "GMqlink". It's really convinient and only displays the bookmarks you want, so it comes in handy. With a little tweeking, you can also have this box show up in Google Calendar and Google Groups, although it doesn't really work perfectly in them.

AFAIK you can put your GBookmarks (bookmarks stored by
Google) on your
personalize Google Homepage already. Also, if you're using
IE the
Google Toolbar will pull them and have them local to you
(especially
handy since you can't use the Greasemonkey extensions).

One problem that I notice as a new user of Gmail is how many
cool
features are hidden or buried. I had no idea about the
google
bookmarks. Now I have to rememeber how to access them.

You just have to add the Bookmarks box to your google homepage.

Search for "Bookmark"
and pick the first link offered.
