my tenuously
held sanity:
Back when I was a Unix user, I used Pine as my mail client.
One thing
about Pine that I loved was that when I was writing my
emails, I could
simply hit Ctrl-J within a paragraph to justify them. This
was
especially useful for fixing other peoples odd line markers.

Simply hit Ctrl-J and it's all fixed.
As it is now, I fix this manually. I know, I'm crazy.
