Think (or thought) I wanted to use gmail. Evidently I do
not
understand what it has to offer.
There are 100 or more emails per day regarding its validity.
Is it
really that complicated?
Me, Been doing this stuff for years with Yahoo, MSN etc.
Heard Gmail
was the best. Please tell me why Gmail is so great. At
present, I am
not impressed.
Jim

The threading makes me happy. I also like the labels vs
folders
concept. Having over 2.5 GB of space is nice. The built-in
spell
checker is good. Hiding bits of replied-to messages works
well.

Wow! I was going to just add a couple of my favorites but I
think you
did it just fine.
In fact, I learned something from you. I hadn't realized
the 10MB
attachment benefit. Yay gmail!

Gmail definitely has advertisements, just not graphical
ones.

And that's exactly the point. They're so discrete alot of
people don't
even notice them. Lets hope this never changes, although it
doesn't
look very good with image and video ads that Google is
probably moving
towards.
