Exactly what Fuzzy said. Look at how it almost resembles an
Instant
Messenging client. Conversations / threads show replies one
under the
other, you have an instant-reply feature under each
conversation, rich
text editing.. it even has pictures! It's definitely not
aimed
exclusively at "tech geeks".
