Hopefully Compuserve has some method to "export"
your contacts into a
CSV, then you can import them to GMail. A Google search of
"export
compuserve contacts" yielded many results worth
reviewing to see if
one suits you (many were products to buy), and an article
suggested
using "GO:UKHF" to figure out how to natively
export them.
