Hi Louis, I have been coming to this discussion looking for
a work around for
that same issue since I installed the start page and
announced it before
actually customized it. Now each user has a different lay
out depending on
when the user was created. The only workaround given was to
unlock the start

Hi, I've signed up with Google Apps, and I've got one wee
problem. On the
dashboard, it shows that i have "2 users" in my
account but when I clicked on
it, it only shows one user (admin one). Any idea why this is
happening? I've
only got one email address set up in the account. Many

Marty, I am all about patience. However. I cutover the
primary domain
fairwayabstract.com at 4:30pm est and was up and running by
9PM est. I created
the mx records for broadwayabstract.com and
safewayabstract.com as directed
and see the mx records in DNS Stuff as pointing to google.
As far as I can
tell it is a Google issue and not a dns issue as the - Wed,

Email users from our domain fail spam checks. We have an SPF
in place but
certain users still do not clear spam filters due to the
fact that our emails
originate from the IPs of Google while our domain is hosted
at our web host at
a different IP. How do I ensure that my users email clear

Can't see the email list I created - 1 new

dashboard again and tried to recreate the email list, it
says the list already
exists. However, it does not appear on the list of email

drop down is empty.

2nd Time Email is Failing - 1 new

This is the 2nd time in about 2 weeks that my brother's
email has gone down.
He isn't receiving his POP3 email, again. Nor is he able to
send via POP3.
When he gets home, he's going to let me know if he is able
to use his
brightstaraviation.com email via the web. Any help from
