make a new id
completely if u need to change it... by the way google gives
u an option to
send mail with a different "from" address...
just go and check in the settings.

I rec'd this error today myself. I found that closing out
of the message in
which I was trying to send and receiving the error and
composing a new message
seemed to eliminate the error. Not sure that this will help,

list address, then Select All, hit the Delete button. If
that doesn't do it, I
guess you'll have to go with LMckin's suggestion of 100 at
a time. As an aside,

is synced with outlook. This is actually an advantage, as

Thanks Brandon, I am referring to any names in the body of
the email. I like
to use Verdana font because it is so plain and easy to read.
However, if any
proper names are in the body of the email, they become black
(I usually use
dark blue) and appear in a different font from the rest of
the words that are

Taking a long time to send e-mail - 8 new

Hi, I don't know if this is a Gmail problem or if it's my
computer, but when I
send e-mail, the system takes a long time to send them. This
never happened
before yesterday--Gmail has always sent my e-mails pretty
quickly. Now, I get
the message that it's waiting on Gmail and it takes about
30-40 seconds to

Getting Inbox to show in Outlook 2003 - 7 new

I've followed the instructions to set up my POP mailbox in
Outlook, and have
the POP Download enabled in the Gmail settings, but while I
can send outgoing
mail from Outlook, none of the mail in my inbox (new, read,
or unread) shows
in my Outlook. Any ideas? I've double and triple-checked
the Configuration

Keystroke Lag in gmail Compose - 3 new

I have a strange problem related to gmail. While composing a
letter in gmail,
the cursor slows way down so that it takes 15 seconds for a
sentence to type
itself out. I type a sentence, and need to wait until it
types itself out.
This only happens in gmail, making it worthless to me.
Should I abandon gmail?

What happened to HTML for my mobile browser? - 3 new

Until this morning, gmail for Mobile included a link for the
Basic HTML view
at the bottom of the page, but now it's gone! Without the
HTML view, I can't
download attachments, see images, or report spam. Is there a
