When I compose a message in gmail my cursor symbol has
changed from the usual
vertical bar "|" to a vertical bar with a period
adjacent to the top right
portion of the bar. I can't duplicate this with keystrokes.
Anybody got any

Hourly Emails from NetGear Router now shown as single emails

HI, I have my netgear router set to send me logs every hour
and these emails
all used to be getting included into a single email thread
with the same
subject line. Last week sometime they started showing up on
gmail as separate

Recently gmail has not wanted to delete messages.
occasionally i'll need to
open (or at east mak as read) certain emails to delete them,
and sometimes
even opening the message doesnt let me delete it; i select
the messages and
click delete and it simply refreshes the page. anyone have
an idea of whats up

What settings? I think you might've set the gmail icon as
your wallpaper. I
don't know how to do it with Windows XP, but on 9x/ME, it
would be a right-
click on an empty space on the desktop, then select one of
the tabs (I don't
remember now which, sorry, so you'll have to look for it)
