Possible causes: Browser: Not all browsers are supported.
Try Firefox or
Internet Explorer (try Firefox first  ). Opera
should work in version 9, as
far as I know, but there were problems some time ago.
Javascript: Javascript
is needed for GMail to work, but you should get an error
message if it's off.

on my gmail.
Interestingly, there is no option in Gmail settings for
enabling google talk!!!

couldn't click the newly entered contacts to edit
