blank page appears when opening messages using IE broswer -

Ive also been getting the 'blank' page syndrome. First when
I go to the login
page, I get a certificate popup. I click 'yes accept' then
it crashes my IE.
The second time around, I get the certificate, click yes and
it loads...well
loads to a blank page. I have to refresh to get it to finish
loading. Ive been
