comes up saying "sending" and it doesn't go past

Sponsored Links in way - 2 new

Hello, When I am reading my email a lot of the time the
right half is covered
with "sponsored links" so I can't see that side of
my email. When someone has
sent me a picture I only see part of it. How do I get rid of
the sponsored
links column? It is in the way and I don't know how to move
it. Any help would
