gmail marks mail as spam - 1 new

bulk email from a hurricane list is being marked as spam. i
have added the
sender to my contact list (yes, i checked it), and marked
the messages
repeatedly as not spam, yet all email from this source ends
up in my spambox.
it's a royal pain to have to search my spam for these
emails. i would hate to

I had 2 gmail account. one day i taught i didn't need one of
those account. So
I delete one of them. but now i understand i was registered
in one site with
deleted account. then i decide to get back my deleted
account. But I can't do
this. because it says that the username i requested is not
