I humbly see that I can now answer my own question....
before I set things to
use a POP client, I had added an account for the e-mail in
question... so
Google Mail was forcing the issue. Replying to the sender,
the Google Mail
system was seeing that the account had been added to my
settings... and was

it down with minimize and copy each detail area of each
address and then paste
it to the notepad/wordpad and save as "contacts"

through it. Also, as I think, it would similarly strip out
any Javascript and

script files as .txt

For some weird reason, when I try to delete messages, the
space dont seem to
change. And that is after I empty trash and spam.. Its like

disappear, but the space their using still is in use after
