Linux freezes up with some unknown keyboard combo - 1 new

Why won't email delete when I hit delete? I check all the
boxes and delete,
but the mail/spam remains in the folder! It happens ever so
often and when I
open the mail then delete it, it works. The point is when I

All of the sudden in the past couple of days, the delete

spam folder doesn't work. Gmail pauses, processes, but no

is the only funcionality I've lost. The delete forever

Send messages to multiple addresses - 1 new

Is there a way that I can see my whole list of contacts when
I want to send
email to multiple addresses? Now when I compose a message, I
have to press a
letter when the cursor is in the "to" box and a
partial list of my contacts
comes up. I have to do this multiple times if I'm sending
to more than one

i want gmail to STOP adding contacts - 3 new

Currently Gmail adds whoever I email, ever, to my contacts.
I want to turn
this feature off, as I have to go in and clean out all the
rubbish every few
months. I would prefer the option of adding an email to my
address book myself.
Otherwise the contacts get filled up with unsubscribe

some mailing list problems - reply address and copies of my

The TO address on the mailing list is the address of the
mailing list itself.
I've already configured gmail to reply using the same to
address but obviously
in this case that wont work since the to address isnt mine.
I guess there's no
way to do this unless they implement more advanced filter

it attaches properly. I note with smaller attachments, a

appears by the attacchment once it its attached properly.

takes me to Microsoft
Outlook Express. When I first installed Google toolbar on my
Firefox, I was
taken to Gmail whenever I click on a mailto: form which is
what I want.
