Ohhhh jeeee: no verify() for 16

Hello,

does anyone know how to get rid of the message

gpg: Ohhhh jeeee: no verify() for 16

? I had it with gnupg 1.4.6, thought it might be time to
upgrade to 
2.0.2, but now the error is replaced by this

an mpi of size 0 is not allowed
an mpi of size 0 is not allowed
gpg: keyring_get_keyblock: read error: Invalid packet
gpg: keyring_get_keyblock failed: Invalid keyring
gpg: failed to rebuild keyring cache: Invalid keyring

This is the Elgamal algorithm which can't be used for
signing.
Something with your message or key is broken.

Very good.  That does not bail out but returns a proper
error.

It would nice if you could identify the public key which
causes this
problem and send me a copy.
