"note this" in search results

A regular Google search result allows the searcher to add a
search
result to their Google notebook. While clipping is similar,
it would
be nice to have this specific notebook function. The website
I am
developing includes a custom search engine and it would be
very
helpful to have the note this function in the search
results. Is this
possible to do?

notebook,
or a Google notebook-like application?
